You must have good cell service or wifi to use coaching package. You must be willing to use zoom or FaceTime for the session. Please have someone holding your phone or your phone set up on a tripod. You may use a Pivo if you have one but not required. Earbuds are highly encouraged to have to make the session run smoothly and for you to hear us and for us to hear you. Make sure you and your horse are ready to start work at the start of your appointment time. Sessions may run longer than 30 minutes depending on what is covered, please plan extra time (there is no extra charge if a session runs over).

There are no refunds. You have up to one year to use your coaching sessions from the date of purchase.
